For durability and minimum size requirements we developed the fiber optic sensors TSNANO. Due to its renewable sensor crystals the temperature sensors is ideal for process monitoring.
Particularly suitable for permanent process monitoring, the TSNANO temperature sensors stands for long-term applications. Designed for a temperature range from -200°C to +200°C and a response time of 10s, the probe guarantees constant measurement values. Its PTFE jacket provides immunity to RFI, EMI, NMR and microwave radiation. It has a standard deviation* of ±1°C.
Due to its renewability TSNANO requires low maintenance. Please inquire about the possibility of the Optocon-Nano-Kit.
All fiber optic temperature sensors can be connected to the fiber optic temperature measurement devices (FOTEMP), delivers accurate and complete reliable, stable and repeatable values. Starting at a light wave length of 850nm GaAs becomes optical translucent. Since the position of the band gap is temperature dependent, it shifts about 0.4nm/Kelvin.
The sensor cable can be up to several meters and kilometers long without influencing the accuracy of the measurement result.
